PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Arrivals 10 minutes late may be charged a $10 late fee, shortened, or canceled. Missed appointments result in a $25 charge.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Same-day booking requires 4 hours' notice. Late cancellation incurs a $25 fee.
No Shows: No-shows must wait 48-hours to rebook and submit a $25 deposit. Two or more no-shows will result in booking restrictions.
Refunds & Satisfaction: Concerns must be reported during service or within 24 hours. Refunds or corrections are offered only if the issue was our fault.
Health & Safety: Inform your provider of any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to service.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service due to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or health concerns.
